Harassment includes actions such as slurs, jokes, intimidation, or any verbal or physical conduct based on race, color, religion, gender, age, disability, or veteran status.
All employees must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times. Inappropriate behavior, including coercive, intimidating, disruptive, or sexual conduct, is strictly prohibited. All complaints will be investigated with discretion, and retaliation against those who file complaints in good faith will not be tolerated.
